Columbia River Foursquare Church has been serving Columbia County, Oregon, since 1935. We are a Bible-based, Spirit-filled, contemporary church for the entire family. Join us each Sunday as Pastor Mike Cooke shares a powerful and encouraging message from the series, "The Posttraumatic Gospel," exploring the great themes of restoration and healing throughout the history of the Bible.

 Ladies’ Bible Study

Tuesdays & Thursdays

The Winter quarter of Ladies’ Bible Study has just begun and meets Tuesday nights at 7:00 p.m., and Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m. at the church. All women are welcome to come be refreshed by God’s Word, and encouraged by their sisters at either of these weekly bible studies. Childcare is provided for both study times. Membership Class

Saturday,  January 30,  9:00 a.m.

 If you are interested in becoming a member of Columbia River Foursquare Church, come to the Membership Class on Saturday, January 30th. The class will meet from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and lunch is provided. Sign up at the Information Desk in the Commons during service times, or by contacting the church office.

Annual Family Meeting & Potluck

Sunday,  January 31

The annual Family Meeting & Potluck is coming up on Sunday, January 31st, after the second Sunday morning worship service in the Commons. Everyone is asked to bring a main dish, as well as a side dish or dessert to share. Enjoy a delicious potluck lunch and a brief overview of the annual church financial report and goals. Childcare is provided after the potluck lunch.

The Rock Small Groups

Wednesday,  February 3,  7:00 p.m.

The Rock Nextgen Youth Ministry invites all 7-12th grade students to Small Groups starting up again this week. Groups offered are 7-8th grade girls, 9-12th grade girls, and 7-12th grade guys. Come for a fun in-depth bible study with friends. Small Groups will begin Wednesday, February 3rd during Wednesday Family Night and will meet directly after worship.

Water Baptism Class

Wednesday,  February 10,  6:00  p.m.

If you would like to be water baptized, you are invited to the upcoming Water Baptism Class on Wednesday, February 10th. Meet at the church at 6:00 p.m. for the class, with water baptisms taking place that night during the Wednesday Family Night Service at 7:00 p.m. Anyone old enough to understand the meaning of water baptism is welcome! Sign up at the Information Desk in the Commons during service times, or by sending an email to the church office.

Men’s Retreat

February 19-20,  2016

The annual Men’s Retreat is set for February 19-20th , 2016 at the historic Camp Crestview Manor in Corbett, Oregon. Relax and unwind at this overnight retreat and meet with God on the mountaintop in the beautiful surroundings of the Columbia River Gorge. Rock & Worship Roadshow

Sunday,  February 21

The Rock 7-12th grade youth ministry welcomes all junior and senior high school students to The Rock & Worship Roadshow on Sunday, February 21st. Meet at the church at 3:30 p.m. to carpool to the Memorial Coliseum in Portland to see artists Family Force 5, Phil Wickham, Newsboys, Audio Adrenaline and more! The cost is $20.00 and covers transportation and tickets to the show; please bring extra cash for dinner. Permission slips will be available soon at the Information Desk; sign up to secure your spot. There will not be a Rock 7-12th Grade Worship Service on this night due to the concert.

Prime Timers Game Night

Friday,  February 26,  7:00 p.m.

The “Prime Timers” ministry welcomes everyone 55+ to the upcoming game night on Friday, February 26th. Invite friends and meet at the church at 7:00 p.m. in the Commons for a fun game of “Bean Bag Baseball”. Everyone is asked to bring snacks to share, or your favorite soda, juice or punch.

Project Princess: Prom

Saturday,  April 9

Coming this April, the 3rd annual “Project Princess: Prom” outreach event will take place. From now until April 9th, The Rock 7-12th grade NextGen youth ministry will be collecting donations of new or gently used prom dresses, shoes and accessories at the church during all service times and during office hours. The dresses will then be given away on Saturday, April 9th, the day local girls are invited to pick out a prom dress at the church for free! Donation slips for tax deductibility are available.
