Columbia River Foursquare Church has been serving Columbia County, Oregon, since 1935. We are a Bible-based, Spirit-filled, contemporary church for the entire family. Join us each Sunday as Pastor Mike Cooke shares a a powerful word from the series, "The Freedom of a Child," a series from Romans Chapter 8, proclaiming the glory and freedom we can experience and children of God.

***Wednesday Family Night Summer Break***

Wednesday Family Night will be taking a brief break for the summer. Services will resume in September during the Fall Kick-Off season. Check back with the website for Fall Kick-Off dates to be posted in August.

Adventure Groups

"Adventure Groups” are special interest activity groups that you may sign up to attend or lead. Whether you enjoy a brisk hike in the woods, a day out on the water, or a quiet afternoon of crafting, you’re sure to find friends of all ages who share your enthusiasm for your favorite hobby. Fill out the Adventure Groups flyer in the Sunday bulletin and drop in the offering bag. Check the Adventure Groups bulletin boards in the hallway by the kitchen with upcoming dates for activities. Waterfront Service and Potluck

Sunday,  September 6,  10:00 a.m.

The annual Waterfront Service and Potluck is just around the corner! Meet at the Columbia View Park Amphitheater in Downtown St. Helens on Sunday, September 6th at 10:00 a.m. for a morning of praise and worship in the great outdoors. Following the service, there will be a potluck in the park. Everyone is asked to bring a main dish, as well as a side or dessert to share. Camping chairs and blankets are suggested for your comfort. The Waterfront Service will be the only worship service taking place on that day.  

7th Annual Ministry Fair

Sunday,  September 13

The Ministry Fair will be held on Sunday, September 13th in the church Commons. Come early or stay late to check out the booths featuring all of the new events, studies and ministry opportunities kicking off this fall. The Ministry Fair will also include a few treats and prizes, and will take place before and after both Sunday morning services.

GriefShare

Tuesday,  September 15,  7:00 p.m.

 GriefShare is a group ministry for anyone grieving the death of a loved one, and can help provide support while working toward rebuilding your life after loss. GriefShare will begin on Tuesday, September 15th at 7:00 p.m. at the church. The cost is $15.00 for the workbook. Childcare is provided for a suggested donation of $5.00 per family. Wednesday Family Night Kick-Off

Wednesday,  September 16,  7:00 p.m.

Wednesday Family Night service will start up again on Wednesday, September 16th at 7:00 p.m. This mid-week service offers something for all ages, singles and families, with adult worship and teaching, Kid’s Christmas Musical practice for K-6th grade, and nursery care for infants and toddlers. Childcare is provided for a suggested donation of $5.00 per family.

Newcomer’s Dinner

Sunday,  September 20, 6:00-7:30 p.m.

If you are new to Columbia River Foursquare Church, or you have attended for a few months, you are invited to the Newcomer’s Dinner on Sunday, September 20th. Meet at the home of Pastors Mike and Molly Cooke from 6:00-7:30 p.m. for this dinner held in your honor. R.S.V.P. and pick up directions today at the Information Desk in the Commons during service times, or R.S.V.P. by contacting the church office.

Ladies’ Bible Study

September 22 & 24

All women are invited to Ladies’ Bible Study kicking off for the fall quarter on Tuesday Night, September 22nd at 7:00 p.m. and Thursday Morning, September 24th at 9:00 a.m. at the church.  Come for a relaxing time of worship, getting in to The Word, and connecting with your sisters. Childcare is provided for a suggested donation of $5.00 per family.

Sportsman’s Banquet

Sunday, September 27,  6:00 p.m.

The 10th annual Sportsman’s Banquet is coming up soon! Plan now to attend this annual celebration of outdoorsman endeavors and delicious food. All men are welcome to bring their trophies, pictures, stories and a healthy appetite!
