Honduras Mission Trip Meeting

If you are interested in going on the upcoming mission trip to Honduras, you are invited to an informational meeting on Sunday, February 12th at 6:00 p.m. at the church. The dates for the trip are April 23rd through May 3rd, 2012.

Easter Production Practice

Sundays,  4:00 pm

Practice has just started for this year’s Easter Production entitled “A.D.”. Anyone that is interested in singing, acting, or working behind the scenes is welcome to come to the church on Sunday nights from 4:00-6:00 p.m.  Please call Shelly McCausland at 503-396-1678 with any questions.

Prime Timer’s Dessert Party

If you are a “Prime Timer” (50+), you are invited to the Prime Timer’s Dessert Party on Friday, February 17th. Meet in the church Commons at 7:00 p.m. for a fun Valentine’s Day party for singles and couples alike. Everyone is asked to please bring a dessert to share. Men’s Breakfast

All men and sons are invited to the monthly Men’s Breakfast on Saturday, February 18th.  Meet at the Village Inn at 8:30 a.m. in St. Helens for a hearty breakfast and powerful devotional time with Pastor Mike Cooke.

Men’s Retreat

February  24-25

The annual Men’s Retreat is almost here! All men are invited to take a weekend away to relax and refocus on their walk with Christ. This year’s retreat will be held at Camp Crestview in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, February 24-25th. This getaway provides two days of delicious food, time to unwind, and dynamic teaching and worship. The cost for this retreat is $120.00; register at the Information Desk in the Commons during service times with a deposit to hold your spot. Payments need to be made in full by Sunday, February 19th. Rock & Worship Roadshow Concert

All 7-12th grade youth are invited to the Rock & Worship Roadshow Concert on Friday, March 2nd at the Portland Rose Garden. This annual concert features Christian artists MercyMe, Tenth Avenue North, Hawk Nelson, Disciple and more. The cost will be $15.00 and covers admission and transportation. Steps to Freedom “Mini Retreat”

The Steps to Freedom “Mini Retreat” is a one-day event at the church for men and women seeking freedom in Christ. This retreat will cover steps to freedom from condemning thoughts, compulsive behaviors, personal conflicts, spiritual struggle and despair, and any type of personal or spiritual bondage.  This “mini retreat” will be held at the church on Saturday, March 3rd from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This will be a powerful time of prayer, spiritual breakthrough, and teaching on the spiritual tools that lead to freedom in Jesus Christ.
