In the Men's Ministry at Columbia River Foursquare Church, you will find a supportive place where all men are encouraged to become the strong men of God that they are called to be. By building each other up and seeking the truth of the Bible, men from every path of life are challenged to strive for all that God has for them, and to be transformed by a growing relationship with Christ. (1 Corinthians 13:11)
The men at our church meet for a breakfast the third Saturday of the month at 8:30 a.m. at the Warren Country Inn. This is a great time to bring your boys, or just attend yourself for a time of worship, fellowship and a devotional time with Pastor Mike Cooke. From time to time we also have guest speakers at the breakfast.
Typically after the start of the new year, men from all over the county gather together to enjoy a huge steak dinner, and swap hunting, fishing and camping stories. Bring your dad, brother, son or friend to this multigenerational Men's Ministry event.
Every year, typically during the late Winter months, we take a weekend away to relax and re-energize at the annual Men's Retreat. This is a time of refreshing, with empowering biblical teaching, quiet time to focus on God and His Word, delicious food, and time spent enjoying the great outdoors.
Periodically throughout the year, we meet together at the "Hit and Run" paintball field in Scappoose for a great game of paintball. Bring your gear and get ready for an exhilarating afternoon!
