Our Core Values

Just as every person has unique gifts and a calling all their own, we believe our church has a unique flavor and a part to play in the Body of Christ. Just as God calls each of us to use his gifts to serve others, so he calls our church to understand and know its calling in the Lord.

If you come to visit our services, you may notice these things about us:

Welcoming Atmosphere

We want everyone to feel the love and acceptance of Jesus when they come in the front door. People from all walks of life and from every social and ethnic background find they feel at home in our church. And you will too! (John 13:35)

Multigenerational Identity

Every generation is very important to us. Not only do we consider it our highest privilege and priority to help the next generation experience a genuine encounter with God, but also to break down the barriers between the generations and rebuild healthy relationships between young and old. (Psalm 71:18)

Community Focus

We believe God has called our church to be a blessing to the community. For that reason, we are always looking for ways that we can be a resource to the city and an encouragement to our neighbors and those in need. (Mark 10:45)

Volunteer-driven Ministry

The vast majority of the ministry in our church is done by volunteers, and over half of our members serve in some area of the ministry. The job of our pastoral staff is to invest in the lives of people who will in turn replicate the ministry of Jesus to others. Being a part of our church is definitely a team activity. (Ephesians 4:11-12)

Innovative Worship

Whether in music, drama, or multimedia presentations, we pray that God would release in our church fresh expression of worship and the proclamation of the good news of Jesus Christ. All our creativity and gifts are at the disposal of the Lord as we gather together to worship Him (Psalms 149:1)
